Discretionary Commission Arrangements - Complaints and Refunds
We are a very small team with many years of experience in Claims Management and Consumer Finance. We have no call centre as we focus on making sure that each claim is valid and presented in the correct manner. You will be looked after by the same person throughout the process. This allows us to understand each customer and not reply on badly written notes from other agents.
You do not need to use a Claims Management Company. You can make the claim directly to the lender and if they reject your complaint you can take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge, but you must do this within 6 months of the lenders Final Decision Letter.
